Americans ARE Stupid

Listening to Bush last night made me realize that not only is Bush a dullard but over half the country are dullards too. It's a sad state of the Union, the nation is at war and everyone cares but not enough to pack off their pretty white children to fight for freedom.
That other bozo on ABC, Peter Jennings, reported how peaceful Iraq was on the day after the election, just before the insurgents killed 19. ABC now has a new motto, "Trust Is Earned", just like Fox News! I cannot remember their motto because I haven't watched Fox news since the election.
Regardless, I don't trust either one of them.
I think folks should look around and think about what Bush said about supporting families... 36 million Americans live below the poverty level, 18 million of them are children... Not little dark faces in big the cities, but lily white faces living in rural areas where there are no food pantries or any services for the poor, these children and their families are starving and they probably didn't even vote. Does Bush give a rats ass? Nope. When Bush talks about protecting families he's talking about nice, white church going families where mommy is a woman and daddy is a man and both are working parents and the children come home from school to an empty house so they feed themselves some cardboard box food from the microwave and watch some porno on cable then after mom and dad get home from work and glue themselves into the chair in front of their separate TVs, the much loved children quietly slip out to smoke some crack, drag race, have a beer or six and finish off with a little nookie at a sex party to pass the time. Children's games... How sweet, how "American".
I watched just a bit of Condi Rice at the Senate. They gave her hell and called her a liar and then they confirmed her. And worse, she IS a liar!
I cannot figure out why the folks who were killed in the 9-11 attacks got a million for each family but the U.S. soldiers who are killed in battle only get about $17,000? Does that make any sense?
On Social Security, they send me a statement every year or so, I've got $13,000 and if I retire 15 years from now I'll get a few hundred dollars a month, not even enough to pay my rent... So I could really care less because I'm not counting on the government to support me in my old age, and if they succeed in creating these private savings accounts I'm going to take that $13,000 and put it in my savings account where I know that it will continue to safely earn interest, albeit a low rate, but at least it will be protected from being stolen on Wall Street, because the Bush plan revolves around folks taking their S.S. savings and gambling on the stock market and hopefully, losing it...
The only thing I know for sure is that Bush has been prez for 4 years but still cannot speak coherently. Condi can't either.
Don't you wish you were here?
