Don't you wish you really had friends in Washington? If you are a big pharmaceutical company you do but if your a sick 81 year old man from Wisconsin you might as well be dead...

Good Morning everyone, it's a rainy day here in Wisconsin. Did anyone watch the big game yesterday? I was too busy and didn't really have any interest in either of the competing teams. I kind of have the flu and will be taking it easy today.
Folks in the U.S. need to get ready for the big media push this month. Bush needs to convince everyone (middle class and poor folks) that the Social Security program is in bad shape and needs to be scrapped in favor of a new program that will support the brokers on Wall Street.
Bush will call on his "secret" friends in the media to convince you that he's right and you're wrong. Bush is surely paying them gross amounts of money for feeding you a line of bullshit. Over half the country are idiots so they will jump on the band wagon and try to drag as many democrats with them.
Don't budge folks, make them do it on their own because when the stock market takes a downward turn, like it did in 2000, and the money flows into the pockets of the brokerage houses and the trend traders, we'll be up the creek without a paddle and we'll also get the blame.
So now we need to think of the future and what we all need to do is stop spending and start saving. Just put the money in a savings account where at least you'll be assured of earning interest, albeit at a low rate, but a little is better than nothing, which is exactly what the Bush plan will leave you with...
At least you can leave your savings to your heirs.
